Anonymous ART of Revolution – another propaganda site, disguised as freedom of artistic expression. Yesterday I was banned from commenting on their Face book page.
Im still pissed off about it. Why? Because I felt I was lied to.
The Page – “Anonymous ART of Revolution” made certain claims in its manifesto to seek truth through art. To question common beliefs and to “Stand Together” (please read their manifesto below).
So yesterday, I questioned this. I found that they were constantly taking one side of a propaganda war that is now raging between the Hamas and Israel. When I questioned this, after a few comments back and forth, suddenly I was unable to make anymore comments on their page, nor was I able to send them a message asking why, if they are for freedom of speech and ideas, they would cut me off from expressing mine. Since yesterday, all my comments have been deleted from their page as well.
Included below is the comments made back and forth and in relation to which photo.
Having thought about it more, manly I feel disappointed. Disappointed in that I thought I had found a page of open thinkers and artists who wished to help people to think through art. Instead I found another page of propaganda in disguise.

The “Anonymous ART of Revolution” page is inspired by the Anonymous Idea and the Occupy movement. Any “open minded” information and ART that will make you think again or touches your subconscious will be published. WE share LOVE and promote PEACE in the broadest sense of those words and we Stand Together because we believe in the One World concept. The concept that we are all connected.
We try to show that how we live our lives, affects other humans and the environment at home and elsewhere in the world. And conversely, what happens there affects us here. We ask ourselves how the economical, political and environmental interactions are interwoven to each other. How can we positively influence those processes? What can WE do ourselves? We will try to challenge one to think about our own habits, our own behavior, our own way of life but we will also provoke the economical and political establishment, even disturb them, in search for truth. We don’t pretend to know the truth. The truth is like milk temporarily kept until it reaches the expiration date. It is the nature of the human species to reject what is true but unpleasant and to embrace what is obviously false but comforting. Believe those who are seeking the truth. Doubt those who find it. Let us try to create a new reality. Another world is possible!

Debi Oulu – Why is Anonymous ART of Revolution so one sided in this? Where is your thinking outside of the box, etc…. or is this site managed by people who believe every left wing slogan that is being fed to you? Your page is all about open mindedness and not buying into propaganda – yet from all the one sided posts you have been making, I cant help but hink that you have been caught in your own net.

Debi Oulu – What Anonymous has done through selective posting of pictures is it has decided how we should think and what is right and wrong – instead of provoking people to think, you are telling us how. You are choosing “good” and “bad” in this story and furthering the rift between people – hardly the goals I would expect from such a noble site. Please continue to provoke and not preach.

Debi Oulu – I reread your manifesto just now. I do not criticize this site for posting what you do in relation to the current Palistinian / Israeli war. What I criticize is the obvious, blatant preference of one “story” of images over another. I feel that you are acting against your manifesto, which was what i admired so much when i liked this page. I am disappointed that a site dedicated to revolutionary art is falling into the same political war of propaganda and choosing sides. Can true revolutionary art not hold some sort of positive element that can break down the barriers rather than continue to strengthen them?

These are exactly my experiences with the site Anonymous ART of Revolution.
The anonymous page is no more about freedom of speech than Hitler. You’re allowed to say what you want…. unless they dont agree to it. And I bet not ONE of the moderators is an artist themselves. Nothing “truth” about it.

Hi. Im glad you are promoting worldwide peace love and freedom. Me too. Unfortunately I thought Anonymous ART was as well. Sometimes people hide under the guise of something else.
Yeah they pulled the same crap with me, as an artist an avid fan of a good discussion I was hurt. I don’t believe people now a days know how to rationally discuss things that they themselves aren’t interested in.
I just posted a comment on their page there post said something along the lines of “you do not need to believe in god to have compassion for your fellow man” i posted that i fully support this message and i am a Christian then they posted another image and it said we were killed because we warned you…it had pictures of michael jackson and other artist and politicians some artist where still alive when i asked why was michael jackson was on there and also posted a comment asking someone how did the government infect someone with cancer they banned me they are so full of shit its not even funny. actually liked them for a while to boy was i wrong.
I also liked them in the beginning. It is very upsetting to discover that a sight that should be open to sharing of ideas and thoughts is so closed minded.
Same thing happened to me. I has furious, their actions contradicts their posts. I really loved their page. It was sad to see I was banned from my opinion.

One World? I’ll never go to their site again.Seems to me that Anonymous and One World are opposite thought.
